Bill Summary:
This bill gives allows teachers a tax credit of up to $50 dollars per year for money they paid for school expenses that they would not have otherwise been reimbursed for. Tax credits may only be claimed on the year the expense was incurred and may not carry over from year to year.

This bill will allow teacher to lessen their tax exposure by 50 dollars per year. Most teachers spend more than 50 dollars a year for things they don’t get reimbursed for.
