Reviewer Comments:

This bill is very simple. It removes any allowance in the law for the Department of Workforce Services to predictively determine career and educational outcomes for students, and analyze and report on student behavior data.

While it would be ideal to disallow the DWS access to any education data except data which is publicly available and aggregated, this bill makes a small step towards that goal through a common sense change which most people will agree with, and should be relatively easy to pass.
